During the 2023 holiday season, we want to make sure that your gifting experience goes smoothly. For all orders purchased between November 1st and December 15th, our return policy is extended from the usual 30 days after delivery to 60 days.
This means if you purchase a gift from us during this specified period, you will not only have the time to return the order but also select another perfect item for your loved one.
Orders outside the above range: All orders are covered with our 30-day guarantee. The items will be accepted back with full refund if they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a request has been submitted within 30 days of receipt of the package.
Socks can be machine washed of no more than 30°C, and they should never be put in the dryer or ironed.
